Due to the personalised and bookable nature of coaching sessions and consultations, all sales are final and non-refundable once purchased.

Rescheduling & cancelling sessions: You're welcome to reschedule or cancel a booked session at no charge, provided you give us at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled time. Sessions rescheduled or cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed altogether, are forfeited and will not be refunded or credited.

Fees on cancellations: Where a refund is issued at our discretion, any transaction fees, bank charges, or currency conversion costs incurred in processing the original payment or the refund are borne by the customer and will be deducted from the refunded amount.
