The terms and conditions that govern your use of our website, programmes, and coaching services.

Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using the website located at www.holisticvibranthealth.com, or any related programmes, coaching sessions, digital products, or content (collectively, the “Services”) offered by Holistic Vibrant Health (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing the website, purchasing a programme, joining a challenge, booking a session, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By using the Services in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you are using the Services on behalf of another person (for example, a family member or a pet owner seeking guidance for their animal), you confirm you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

2. About Holistic Vibrant Health

Holistic Vibrant Health is a holistic health education and coaching practice founded and led by Ceferino Cenizo, working alongside associated practitioners, coaches, and contributors who support our programmes, content, and client care. We provide holistic health education, coaching, iridology consultations, detoxification programmes, and related digital resources. We serve clients worldwide online, with our team distributed across South Africa, the United States, and Europe. All coaching and programmes are delivered remotely.

3. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase programmes or book coaching sessions. If you are under 18, you may only use the Services with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Where any part of the Services requires you to create an account or provide information, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login details and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Educational Content — Not Medical Advice

Important: Holistic Vibrant Health provides general educational information about holistic health, nutrition, detoxification, and lifestyle. Nothing on this website, in our programmes, coaching sessions, iridology consultations, or any related content constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Ceferino Cenizo is not a licensed medical doctor, and the Services are not a substitute for professional medical care. You should always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your diet, discontinuing or altering any medication or medical treatment, or beginning any detoxification, fasting, or wellness programme — particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, a minor, elderly, or living with a pre-existing medical condition.

Individual results from any programme, challenge, or coaching relationship vary and are not guaranteed. You use the Services, and act on any information provided through them, entirely at your own risk. We accept no responsibility for outcomes arising from decisions you make regarding your health or the health of your pet based on content provided through the Services.

5. Purchases, Programmes & Payments

Certain Services — including Raw Reset Challenges, Detox & Heal Journeys, coaching packages, iridology consultations, and digital guides — are offered for a fee, as described on our Shop page and elsewhere on the website. Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and may change from time to time without prior notice; changes will not affect purchases already completed.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. We do not directly store your full payment card details; those details are handled by our payment processor in accordance with their own terms and security standards. By making a purchase, you also agree to the applicable payment processor’s terms of service.

You are responsible for ensuring that any billing information you provide is accurate. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, error in pricing or product description, or unauthorised or illegal activity.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

As a general policy, all digital products, programmes, challenges, coaching packages, and iridology consultations are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-exchangeable once purchased or delivered, given their digital nature and immediate access to proprietary materials and personal time.

Where a specific programme, challenge, or coaching package explicitly states a refund window or other exception at the point of purchase or in its programme materials, that stated window and its conditions will govern instead of the general policy above.

Rescheduling & Cancelling Coaching, Consulting and Iridology Sessions

Because coaching sessions, consults and iridology readings are personalised and booked for a specific time, all sales are final and non-refundable once purchased. You're welcome to reschedule or cancel any booked session at no charge, provided you give us at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled time. Sessions rescheduled or cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed altogether, are forfeited and will not be refunded or credited.

Where a refund is issued at our discretion, any transaction fees, bank charges, or currency conversion costs incurred in processing the original payment or the refund are borne by the customer and will be deducted from the refunded amount.

7. Acceptable Use

When using the Services, you agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;

  • Copy, resell, distribute, or publicly share paid programme materials, coaching content, or digital products without our prior written consent;

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, our systems, or another user’s account;

  • Upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or infringes the rights of others;

  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the website or the servers or networks used to make it available;

  • Use any automated system, bot, or scraper to access the Services without our permission.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the website and within our programmes — including text, graphics, logos, videos, course materials, guides, recipes, and the overall look and feel — is owned by or licensed to Holistic Vibrant Health and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted (for example, personal use of purchased programme materials), you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.

9. Testimonials & Results

Testimonials, case studies, and success stories shared on the website or in marketing materials reflect individual experiences. They are not a guarantee, warranty, or prediction of the results you will achieve. Health outcomes depend on many personal factors, and results will vary from person to person.

10. Third-Party Links & Services

Our website and communications may contain links to third-party websites, social media platforms, or services (for example, WhatsApp, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or payment providers) that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites or services. You access them at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Holistic Vibrant Health and Ceferino Cenizo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of health outcomes, profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Services — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific Service giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Holistic Vibrant Health, Ceferino Cenizo, and our respective affiliates, contractors, and representatives from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

14. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to any part of the Services, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or misused our content or materials. You may stop using the Services at any time; however, this will not entitle you to a refund except as described in Section 6 above.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, legal requirements, or business practices. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify existing customers by email.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your own country of residence.
